Never had to use the warranty
We have owned this machine for quite awhile and have never had to use the warranty for any reason. Great machine and craftmanship.

Warranty
It's hard to rate something you haven't used or hope to not use. I bought it because I wanted to protect my item. Incase something does happen I have this for back up. Price was good...

Difficult registration
This is the first extended warranty that I was required to register. The registration process was time consuming and tedious. If an extended warranty was available from another source I would go there.
